1. In-app deletion
Open Diario Autónomo → Settings → Account → Delete account. You will see a clear consequence summary and must expressly confirm. The app requests deletion from the backend; after confirmation, it removes your local diary entries, attachments and user settings. Partial failures must be handled safely and explained.
2. If you cannot access the app
Use the deletion request form at https://diarioautonomo.es/delete-account without reinstalling the app, or email hello@diarioautonomo.es with your account email. We may proportionately verify identity and will respond within statutory deadlines. Server-side deletion cannot remotely wipe an offline device.
3. Deleted and retained information
We erase the account and associated server records, except data lawfully retained for statutory obligations or justified claims. Existing Google Drive or iCloud backups are NOT deleted; manage them in your own account. We cannot erase data that Apple, Google or OpenAI independently must retain.
4. Active subscription
IMPORTANT: deleting an account does not cancel Premium. Cancel auto-renewal separately through Apple (https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions) or Google (https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions) to avoid future charges. Cancellation is not a prerequisite to exercising erasure rights.

Account verwijderen
Kun je de app niet openen, vraag hier om het account op de server te wissen. Vermeld het e-mailadres van dat account. Dit zegt Premium bij Apple of Google niet op.
