1. Plans
Premium Monthly: €4.99/month; Premium Annual: €49.99/year. These are intended Spanish prices; the store checkout price, currency and applicable tax control. No auto-renewing subscription free trial is offered. The permanent Free plan includes limited advanced features and 10 lifetime AI scans.
2. Purchase and renewal
Subscriptions are sold only through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases and automatically renew for the selected billing period unless cancelled under store rules. Price changes follow store procedures and applicable law.
3. Management and cancellation
Manage and cancel with Apple at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or Google at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Diario Autónomo account DOES NOT cancel recurring charges. A clear warning appears before account deletion. Access generally continues through the paid period, subject to store terms and statutory rights.
4. Refunds and withdrawal
Request refunds through the relevant store. Applicable statutory consumer rights, including digital-service remedies and withdrawal rights where applicable, remain intact. Agreeing to these terms is not a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights; any legally required checkout disclosures and consents must be handled separately.
5. Entitlement and support
Premium requires a verified account and validated entitlement. Local Premium features are intended to work offline for up to 30 days after successful validation, subject to implementation; AI and cloud need connectivity. Contact hello@diarioautonomo.es.
